It appears that this is not a bug. Ohai is identifying the presence of
Python by executing the command[1]:
python -c "import sys; print(sys.version)"
However, this method does not detect python3. To address this issue, a
workaround would be to install the python-is-python3 package.

Dear Maintainer,
ohai does not detect the presence of Python 3 in its "languages" list.
It would be nice if it did, so I could check if my python3 scripts
could be run on the target system.
