I tried to set the PYTHONPATH as above, then lauch libreoffice
4.1.0-3, and it works !

I just tried to change uno.py to look like the old one - didn't help. expected.

I just installed the standard package and it works. so it looks like
the debian packaging breaks it. I am downloading all the sources and
