I think I was not clear enough and you read too fast. I agree with you
what "mr register" does now.
What I am suggesting is when "register" is used, it should create the
active line in mrconfig as you do now plus extra commented out lines, so
users are reminded for an option of much faster "

This is only used if you are running mr register inside a git svn
repository you already checked out.
