I was able to reproduce this. When running the t/05_tt_base.t test
with prove -vl, it shows the following:
ok 782 - Line 1178 "[% USE FooTest %]one" => "one"
not ok 783 - Line 1179 "[% USE FooTest2 %]one"
undef error - Can't locate object method "load" via package
