Sorry about that, either my ISP or my router was preventing me from
getting those packages for some reason. 'Bug' resolved.

This happens whenever I run apt dist-upgrade (to wheezy). I have tried many
times over the last 12 days or so, using various mirrors in my apt sources
list. Other packages download just fine.
