I'm seeing this same bug. Here's the output when I run ccsm in a
terminal:
user@acer:~$ ccsm
Info: No sexy-python package found, don't worry it's optional.
Backend : ini
Integration : true
Profile : default
Package: compizconfig-settings-manager
Version: 0.8.4-2
When I launch ccsm nothing appear.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 kernel and compiz 0.8.4-2
