I have just committed the patch to git. It should be in the
next release (0.102).

Can you please advise about the status of this bug?
It seems that it was accepted and then forgot?!?
BTW, bug #652987 seems a duplicate.
Thanks

Hi,
I've temporarily removed the changelog from this patch so it'll apply
cleanly to git head.
I'm not sure how the changelog is supposed to be handled when merge
conflicts occur.
Thanks,

0001-Add-new-apt-setup-disable-cdrom-entries-internal-deb-fix.patch
Description: Binary data
This seems to also be an issue when a CD is used to kick off a preseed -
i.e. Automated install from the boot menu.
Depending on the preseed commands used, you'll end up with a cdrom: line in
sources.list and a prompt in tty4 to insert a CD.
You can't answer that prompt, so the install hangs.

apt-setup keep the cdrom: entries in sources.list unless the cdrom is a
netinst. More ofthen than not, those cdrom entries are not desired:
- ISO images to install virtual machines do not want to rely on the
ISO image down the road
