it depends on ipython because all (python2) documentation is linked into
usr/share/doc/ipython
I do that because I don't like the splitting of the doc into many many
folders, but now that we have python3 its probably better to not link
the -doc
I'll fix that in the next revision.

Ideally ipython-doc should not need to have a dependency on ipython. I
do not see why a set of HTML files should require an actual ipy
installation to be there.
If it is because of the examples, I suppose depending on either
ipython|ipython3 would be appropriate
