That was discussed also in order to accept the package after it got in
NEW (it includes a new binary for libraries) and the maintainer had no
objections.

changes are not trivial (general cleanup, conversion to CDBS, closing
3 bugs).

unrar-nonfree doesn't export build flags (CXXFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, LDFLAGS)
and thus misses debugging symbols (-g) and the hardening flags.
