Yeah, it did the trick.
I installed first liburi-perl from the stable repo (1.54-2) and then
"aptitude -t squeeze-backports install request-tracker4" worked like a
charm.
However, I have other related question and I'd be very glad if you
could answer it:

the backported version (4.0.7-2~bpo60+1) because of a dependency error
