while the declarations are conflicting, they are in different
compilation units. Is this somehow causing any problems?

the following inconsistency:
- sshdh.c ends up with void* BigNum
- sshbn.c has unsigned int* BigNum
These discrepancies stem from the fact that only sshbn.c declares
