I just upgraded to wheezy and was immediately greeted by this bug. How can there be no evidence of progress on this severe bug which is more than a year old? Does no one use VNC with Gnome?

This issue affects me as well. Given i'm used to many super+x shortcuts (e.g i use super+1/2/3/4 to switch between desktops, it's extremely convenient and i can't get rid of this habit), it blocks me from using so many keys besides just up and down arrows.

Package: gnome-shell Version: 3.4.1-8 When connecting to an up to date testing (wheezy) Gnome desktop (provided by vnc4server or tightvncserver), hitting the up arrow causes windows to toggle their minimization state. Gnome appears to be interpreting and as Super- and Super-. I tested both se
