Hi, I'm for Adam's patch, it looks to be the correct approach to resolve the problem as well as fulfill the requirement of being multiarch. In case of doubt I have tried to rebuild all rdepends of liblua5.1-0 in Sid and there is no regression found in the builds. So please apply the patch and make
