same problem here, reportbug fails to access the BTS through
a proxy. When the proxy is configured in ~/.reportbugrc
reportbug also fails to access the package database:
$ grep proxy ~/.reportbugrc
# Your proxy server address
http_proxy "http://http-proxy.ibr.ch:8080/";
$ reportbug
