Would be nice to have a Python 3 package of pyicu because Pybik >= 1.1
is using it.

In PyICU 1.0 the main module was renaemd from "PyICU" to "icu", and the
old name is provided only for backwards-compatibility. So a better name
for the new package would be python3-icu.
