Some clarification: it's not garbage, it just doesn't set the blue background
on the area redrawn, and light colors on light yellow background are not quite
visible. I tried konsole and xterm, but those are not affected.

Since the last update changing directory or pgup/pgdown in mc results in
garbage until the next full redraw (^L or change to an other window). This
also affects terminator, so it may be a
