Honestly I am not sure if I am using knetworkmanager. I run KDE 4.6.5
and there is a network-manager icon in the system tray. It USED to be
knetworkmanager in KDE 4.4.5. In this installation, I had trouble to
discover the version of knetworkmanager so it might not be used. I

Once unchecked there is no possibility to re-check it again.
ONLY after rmmod iwlwifi, it can be enabled.
Then after modprobing iwl
