I've taken a second look and I've noticed the CakePHP version in Debian
is a bit old and this might be the reason for the errors. The newest
version for the 1.3.x branch is 1.3.14. I think I should have filed this
bug to the cakephp package.
Can I help?

This is the ouput:
*Strict Standards*: Non-static method App::core() should not be called
statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in

Package: cakephp-instaweb
Version: 0.5-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
After upgrading to PHP 5.4.0 it has stopped working. It starts normally but
when I open the browser it just shows some strict errors and warnings instead
of my cakephp app.
