It looks like the last package version still doesn't fix the problem:

lxc-execute: No such file or directory - failed to exec
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/lxc-init
The file is actually `/usr/lib/x86

# dpkg -L lxc |grep lxc-init
/usr/lib/powerpc-linux-gnu/lxc/lxc-init
lxc-execute looks up lxc-init in the wrong dir
