When a fresh install finishes and the system reboots, it doesn't find the
SCSI disk, not even to start grub. If I change the disk to IDE, grub shows
up.
Squeeze works like a charm.

Booting from IDE/virtio disks works fine. However if the primary
disk is set to SCSI kvm fails to access the hard drive (no bootloader
et.al.). Running the same disk as IDE brings up the system just
fine. Might also be a problem in
