I still have the same message on an up-to-date Sid system dist-upgraded today.
I am on Xfce and it interferes with ncmpcpp when I connect to LastFM with it I
can see the gnome-keyring message appearing on the screen. It happens only

I think the error "#653011" is a duplicate.
Upgraded today "libp11-kit0 (0.8-2) → 0.9-2",
I thought that the problem "no socket to connect to" goes away
but appeared in another form:
'p11-kit: couldn't load module: =/usr/lib/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so:
=/usr/lib/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-p
