The sql creation script
"/usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/phpmyadmin/install/mysql" for the
pma_history table has an invalid parameter lenght for timestamp time,
as it's defined as timestamp(14).
Since MySQL 4.1 timestamp should be defined as timestamp(n) and
