grilo-plugins is no longer installable or buildable, thus bumping the
severity.
I've attached a patch, which allows to build against tracker 0.12.

grilo-plugins is currently using libtracker-sparql-0.10.
In tracker-0.12, the libtracker-sparql library changed the
API versioning to libtracker-sparql-0.12 (including the name of the
pkg-config file)
