FWIW, I expect to release a new version of pgTAP with 9.1 CREATE EXTENSION
support in the next few weeks. In the meantime, I believe that only this commit
is required to make the existing release work properly on 9.1:

Hello,
as announced recently [1], there's a plan to move to postgresql-9.1 and
drop postgresql-9.0 completely. pgtap is one of the few remaining
reverse dependencies.
Please build this package against 9.1, so that postgresql-9.0 can be
remove
