Disable the cron job (put "exit 0" as the second line of
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate) then wait a day.
Then manually run logrotate with the "-v" option. ie:
/usr/sbin/logrotate -v /etc/logrotate.conf
That should show you where it's sticking. I suspect it's a bug in the
Package: logrotate

(lighttpd), both of which should be fixed by now. I see several of my
