The files /etc/cron.{daily,weekly,monthly}/0anacron are run by anacron
itself. They are not useless.

* in /etc/cron.d/anacron;
* in /etc/cron.{daily,weekly,monthly}/0anacron.
The 0anacron files are not being run by cron, since they're protected by
the test in /etc/crontab. I find the presence of these useless
