Don't think so. It just means your GPU cannot go faster when the CPU is
going slow.

I tried with linux-image-3.0.0-rc6-amd64 and the problem persists.
Here the lines I think is the problem:
[9.330282] intel ips :00:1f.6: CPU TDP doesn't match expected
value (found 25, expected 29)
[9.330299] intel ips :00:1f.6: PCI INT C -> GSI 18 (level,
low) -> IRQ 18

I tried with linux-image-3.0.0-rc5-amd64, and doesn't works.
