Hi Christian Tried to upgrade OTRS from 2.4.9 to 3.0.8 (unstable) without dependencies to unstable. After updating OTRS said JSON.pm missing in @INC. But JSON.pm was there, only json.pl was missing in /cgi-bin/ I couldn't solve the problem. Thus I downgraded. That worked fine. I suspect tha
