Hi,
this isn't really a bug it's rather an missing feature.
For now just download the proper file from adobe.com and
extract the /usr dir from the tar.gz file to your root folder.
Adobe doesn't add new features to the linux

Since one of the last versions, a new binary "flash-player-properties"
and some support files are included in the
install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz file. Please support the
installation of this new files.
