Hello,
is there no interest to fix this? The readability improves with using the
-M option, but what is the point of colour support then? Making the colours
a little lighter would greatly increase the readability.

In a default Debian console enviroment the background is black and the text is
white. Because the links in w3m are dark blue it is extremely hard to read them
on a black background. Please use another, easier to read, color scheme as
default.
