i realised last week that this patch hasn't been inserted in squeeze's libgtk2.0 yet, as drag and drop broke on our machines upon upgrade. i strongly suggest this patch should be added to squeeze. we used the patched version for a year with no problems. best regards, dl

Here's the upstream fix backported to 2.20.1. The attachment applies fine against 2.20.1-2 and the fix works. I humbly suggest it be added to libgtk2.0 2.20.1-3 - Robin H 080_gdk_remote_drag-n-drop.patch Description: Binary data
