Thanks for your reply. I can see the point. As a workaround for the
time being, I enabled gtk3 in my own build. It works well. Hope gtk3
can enter sid soon.

Hi,
More and more GNOME components have been updated to GTK3 version. I
wonder if ibus could enable GTK3 support. It would be very convenient
if both GTK2 and GTK3 applications can use ibus input method.
