zfs allow is not implemented in zfs-fuse. zfs in FreeBSD is a different
implementation than zfs-fuse and zfs-fuse is not mature enough.

I tried to allow some zfs operations to a normal user, but it didn't
work and gave an 'internal error'. The commands I used were:
# zpool create zpt /dev/sdc
# zfs create zpt/carlj
# zfs allow carlj create,destroy,mount,snapshot zpt/carl
