Just an observation: if I purge the sid gluster packages, NFS, and
rpcbind, then use the package structure suggested by Louis Zuckerman,
and install glusterd and glusterfs-client, then I no longer see this
issue. I suspect it has to do with there being a glusterfsd.vol file
at all.
