I can confirm, that that problem still persists on the latest
experimental package. Blueman tells me, that nm will show
up a new connection, but nm doesn't. I also have to retry the
dun connection in blueman 2-3 times, until it is e
I further tried to solve to problem and found the following in
/var/log/daemon.log (IMEI is xxxed):

I tried to use the dial-up service of my smartphone via bluetooth but, it
doesn't work.
Blueman tells me after connecting that NetworkManager should show a new
connection now but, that isn't the case!
I don't know since when the problem exists
