I have the same problem with evince and my canon pixma mp780 printer when I try
to print a pdf file with images in duplex printing, with two pages on one side
of a sheet, and different page sizes.

this seems a regression, in fact cups was affected by this bug some years ago.
some months ago i've noticed that i had again this problem printing from gimp
but now claws-mail is affected as well
while i can print from chromium or geeqie or open
