Upstream just informed me that they have now relicensed CMakeBuilder
under EPL 1.0 and their site have been updated to reflect this as
well[1]. This should solve the license issue; if time permits I may
package this later, but for now I am overbo

Unfortunately GPL and EPL (which eclipse is licensed under) are
incompatible and we therefore cannot package this plugin. I have
contacted upstream about this in private and hope they will reconsider
their license.
