The source code for uploader.swf does exist in the svn repo for the Dojo
toolkit under the Deft project. However this source code requires the Adobe
Flex SDK to build the swf file. I have created a RFP for flex-sdk. Until
flex-sdk is packaged, I will have to remove uploader.swf from the upstream
