Bug#590107: rdiff-backup: os.popen2 is deprecated

I just tried the patch provided in the URL in bugreport #587370 manually, it works for me (so far). Comment with attached patch for Ubuntu package https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rdiff-backup/+bug/436035/comments/3 It seems to have been already fixed in the Ubuntu-version of the package
