This bug seems to be the same that I encountered, and for which I
submitted a patch in net-snmp tracker.

Hello,
I believe 3 months ago tkmib was able to display the received values.
But after one update, it doesn't work anymore.
Now tkmib displays only the branches but not the leaves (with the
values) after snmpwalk, snmpgetnet or snmptable.
