Actually, there are two terminal entries:
/desktop/gnome/application/terminal/
/desktop/gnome/applications/terminal/
I configured both with:
exec = /desktop/gnome/applications/terminal/exec
exec_arg = -e
And everything is working. Thank you and sorry about anything.

Remove "-e" from the exec key, and create a new "exac_arg" containing
"-e", it should work.
