Sorry, I forgot to stat what makes me think that this bug should be
considered "grave". The cxref-emacs package breaks unrelated programs:
The error that is thrown due to the autoload mechanism's failing
prevents other packages' hooks from being run for .c files. In my case,
cscope-el was not init
