somehow what I had installed in my own computer as "debdelta 0.39"
was different from what I had uploaded into the archives; and
the uploaded version was buggy. Now I fixed this mess. Thanks for

Just install debdelta on sid and run debdelta on two debs.
0.37 on ubuntu 10.04 does not suffer from it.
Upgrading to 0.39 from Debian makes Ubuntu exhibit the same problem.

debdelta : _append_() takes exactly 4 arguments (3 given)_append_() takes exactly 4 arguments (3 given)
