found 580582 5.0.375.86~r49890-2 thanks Hm, this is not sufficient to persuade chromium-browser that it is the default browser. Setting 'Chromium' in gnome-default-applications-properties makes chromium start prompting to make it the default browser again! If I acceed to chromium's demands, it se
