I managed to run everything from source, but you need to run it with
python 2.6 that has the "with" and "as" keywords .. and is not (yet)
the default version To do so I just hacked the exaile launching
script to explicitely use 2.6 but there must be a cleaner solution.

numerous new versions have been released since 0.2.x, including 0.3.1 on
March 15 2010.
please update debian package to newest version.
