This package only needs change in build-dependency, but only after
compiling pycaml with python 2.6. The patch from Ubuntu is not needed.

* Merge from debian testing. Remaining changes:
- debian/control: build-depend on python2.6-dev,
set XB-Python-Version to 2.6
