Otherwise, I think it's great to have many duplicity-related tools in
Debian ;)

I found it is a nice package for better using of duplicity. It have
the stability for getting a Debian package.
I have tested the package and already created a new Debian package of
duply. If nobody have the same intention I would upload the package
onto mentors.debian.net.
