Otrs2 package is depending against "libapache2-reload-perl | httpd-cgi"
and unconditionally do "a2enmod perl". If libapache2-mod-perl2 is not
installed this will make the postinstall script return 1.

libapache2-mod-perl2 is already a recommend:
Recommends: libapache2-mod-perl2
The problem here is, that I can not upgrade it to depends. It will break
!= apache otrs installations.
Maybe it would be also a solution to change the depends apache2
