I have same problem on my desktop. It is very annoying to wait until
resolve timeouts and than get error.
I just figured out from ubuntu bug #494327 that it is avahi related
and with bad experiences with ipv6 changes in debian (failed java
connections i.e.) I just tried to turn ipv6 support off in
Package: bash-completion
Version: 1:1.1-1
When I type:
$scp List
Appear:
$ scp LisFailed to resolve service 'operador [00:1a:73:38:41:b9]' of
type '_workstation._tcp' in domain 'local': Timeout reached
tActNac.
The list of files in such directory is:
$ls
ListActNac.aux ListActNac.bbl ListAc
