so, i've been working on armel support in LTSP at debconf, and have a
proof-of-concept using qemu, and today i managed to network boot a sheevaplug
as well. so now it's not just theoretically useful for LTSP, but actually
viable.

please remove the ANAIS restrictions for ltsp, as several architectures (namely
armel and mips*) prove promising for LTSP (although many architectures are
still dubious). the current restrictions are:
